1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using ResumeSquare(“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
2. What we provide
ResumeSquare is a pay-per-resume builder. You can create and edit resumes for free and preview them with a watermark. Paying a one-time fee removes the watermark and unlocks a clean PDF download for the relevant resume(s), according to the product you purchase.
3. Pricing and payments
All purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewals. Prices are shown before you pay and may change over time; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that purchase.
Payments in India are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). International card payments via Stripe are planned but not yet available. We do not store your full card details — payments are handled by the respective payment provider.
4. Lifetime and unlimited downloads — important limitation
The “Lifetime” and “unlimited downloads” products mean unlimited downloads for as long as ResumeSquare remains operational and available. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Service, not the lifetime of the user.
ResumeSquare is an independent, self-funded service. If the Service is discontinued for any reason — including, without limitation, sustained financial losses, insolvency, or a decision to shut down — we may be unable to continue providing unlimited or lifetime downloads, and access may end. In that situation we are not obligated to provide refunds for unlimited or lifetime purchases beyond what is required by applicable law.
Where reasonably practical, we will give advance notice before shutting the Service down and aim to provide a window during which you can download resumes you have already created. We cannot, however, guarantee continued availability indefinitely.
5. Refunds
If a payment is captured but you cannot download a clean PDF due to a fault on our side, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the full amount for that purchase. Refunds are processed through the original payment provider. Aside from this, payments are generally non-refundable once the corresponding download has been unlocked.
6. Support
ResumeSquare does not offer general product support. Support is limited strictly to payment-related issues (for example, a captured payment that did not unlock your download, or a refund request as described above). For those issues only, email support@resumesquare.app.
7. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the content you enter into your resumes. You grant us a limited right to store and process that content solely to provide the Service (for example, to render and export your resume). We do not sell your personal data or share your contact details with recruiters or for telemarketing.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, access it through automated means at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.
9. Service availability and changes
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, add, or remove features, templates, or the Service itself at any time. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ResumeSquare and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the purchase giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date below indicates when they were most recently changed. Material changes take effect when posted on this page.
